sant grandparents!

I finally got to see my Grandma and Grandpa Sant! It has been over a year and it feels like way way longer than that! They are driving down to Utah and were nice enough to stop by Rexburg on the way to take Jake and I out to dinner! I love them, they are two of the sweetest, most loving people you will ever meet. I'm so lucky to have them as grandparents! :)

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa!

maybe i will make it to the end of the semester after all....

Because even though he is literally going NUTS drowning in homework.....

Jake went to the store tonight to buy me popsicles and jello. :)

It's all that I want to eat when I am feeling sick. Everything else makes me feel even more yucky.

And to help make the rest of the semester go by.....

Earlier this week my roommates and I were bored, cause Jake was doing homework in the library lol. And so we decided to make this countdown chain to countdown how many days until I get married! Lol we are so silly.

And then Jake dropped by to surprise me real fast when he finished his homework! :)

There were 80 days, I think. I'll have to recount and catch up. I haven't taken any loops off yet.

But I am super excited because I am marrying the sweetest guy ever. :)

furniture!

Jake's super cute and sweet sister in law, Jennie, found this dining room set somewhere for only $100. It was originally $250 or something but I guess the chairs were wobbly and so they lowered the price. Jake's dad fixed the chairs for us and they are super sturdy now!

We also got a couch! FOR FREE! Jake's apartment complex was throwing them away and getting new ones put in so he asked if he could just keep his. They said yes and now we have a couch. Of course, I'm a little grossed out to think that sweaty guys have been playing video games and stuffing their faces on it for the last ten years... ;) But it's a free couch and it's super comfy AND it matches our chairs! So I really like it a lot.

One of the beams underneath was broken or cracked or something.... No biggie! Jake and his dad can fix it! Haha. So they fixed that and we vacuumed the couch down really well and now it's good as new.

I love that Jake loves to fix things with his dad. It's pretty cute. :)

Just one year ago...

the next big thing in my life was graduating.

I was practically living at my friend Merlynn's house and helping her raise her baby Brycen, who was 1 month old at the time. Now he just had his first birthday!

Merlynn and I!

Adorable Brycen when he was four months old.

Brycen's first birthday on February 27! I'm so sad I couldn't be there!

I KNOW this makes you smile, he's so cute!!

I was about to start my summer job as a maid for Guarantee Girls.

My biggest stress was Mrs. Toupes math class.

Just two years ago....

I still lived in Washington, and my best friend ever was Ben Pugh.

XC, track, platos closet, hula, and choir was my entire life!

XC (cross country) meet in tri-cities!

Where I worked.

Our last luau before we moved.

We were singing a song from Wicked!

And I found out that my family might be moving from Washington....

This is still my favorite house ever.

To Louisiana.

Now, just two years later, I'm in my second semester of college and I'm engaged to Jake!

Life moves so fast! Sometimes it scares me but most of the time it just excites me. :)

welcome to the family!

Jake's adorable nephew Harrison made us this book when he found out we were engaged! I wish I had a picture of Harrison cause he is just so cute. He's like six or seven. His dad, Jake's brother Adam, said that as soon as Harrison heard the news he grabbed paper and got started! I am very lucky cause Jake has the cutest kids for nieces and nephews! They are all always such fun, welcoming, well behaved kiddos!

Lucky us! Haha suckers and pencils! :)

Jake's ring

My ring

Our wedding cake

A heart cause we are so in love :)

Mickey Mouse!

Addison lol. Harrison's little sister. Adam said Harrison took this picture all by his big self.

I think this is just the sweetest thing!
